Every inspection runs on a written checklist and a locked AQL sampling plan, so problems surface while they are still cheap to fix — protecting your balance payment, your ship date and your shelf quality before goods ever leave the factory.
Verifies product specifications before volume production. Evaluates raw materials, components, production lines, capacity, machine status, and work environment. Detects and eliminates problems proactively.
When 10–50% of goods are completed, inspectors examine semi-finished and finished goods against specifications. Evaluates process, capacity, delivery timeline, and identifies issues early to take corrective action.
Final product evaluation at end stage of production. Requires 100% production completion and at least 80% packed. Samples randomly selected according to AQL standards. Verifies conformance with your specifications.
Our engineers visit the supplier on your behalf, randomly select samples for evaluation, lab testing, or customer approval submission, and send to any destination you designate. Fast and affordable.
Everything starts with documents rather than promises. You send the purchase order, specification sheet, approved sample reference and packing list; the coordination team turns them into a written checklist for your product, and a fixed-fee quote comes back inside one working day. Once the supplier confirms the goods are ready, an inspector who lives near the factory takes the appointment — most visits are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of booking.
On the agreed day the inspector draws the random sample set by the AQL tables and works through each checkpoint: workmanship, function, safety details, measurements, quantity and packaging. Defects are photographed and graded as critical, major or minor, with the approved sample on hand so judgements match what you signed off.
The verdict reaches you in English within 24 hours — pass, hold or fail — while the goods are still the factory's responsibility. To see the format in advance, browse real sample inspection reports, or work through our guide on how to conduct a product inspection in China.
Yes, and buyers often do on a new product: materials are verified before mass production, a mid-production visit confirms the line is holding the same standard, and the final random inspection gates the shipment. Repeat orders from a proven factory may only need the pre-shipment stage.
The report shows which acceptance limits were exceeded, with photo evidence. Typical next steps are re-work, sorting or re-making the affected quantity, then a re-inspection booked at the standard fee. Since 2017 CGF Inspection has delivered 3,000+ QC projects across 50+ Chinese cities, and once goods pass, container loading supervision carries the same control through to the sealed doors.
