Frequently Asked Questions about quality control and inspection services in China.
We act as your on-the-ground quality control team. Before production we audit the supplier; while goods are made we check materials and first outputs; before shipment we sample the finished lot against your AQL and issue a photo-documented report you can use to release or hold payment.
Email your PO, specification and factory city to kelly@cgfiinspection.com, or message us on WhatsApp at 86-153-0654-6882. You receive a fixed-fee quotation within one working day; most inspections can be scheduled 2–3 days out, faster in major manufacturing clusters.
ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (equivalent to ISO 2859-1) is the default: General Inspection Level II, with acceptance limits of Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0 unless you instruct otherwise. Tightened or reduced plans are available for high-risk orders.
A verdict page (Ship / Hold / Rework), the AQL sampling table, defect classifications with a photo for every finding, measurement records, and packing and labelling checks — all in English, delivered within 24 hours of the visit. You can request a redacted sample report before booking.
Refusal is itself a red flag and is reported to you with photos. Samples are drawn at random by our engineer across the packed lot, including warehouse stock — the factory cannot pre-select what gets checked.
The report lists every defect with photos, quantities and severity, and a corrective-action request goes to the supplier with your options. Reworked goods can be re-inspected at the standard man-day rate, and our sorting teams can carry out 100% re-sorting when needed.
Headquartered in Hangzhou with inspectors across Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Fujian, Anhui, Sichuan and most other manufacturing provinces — see the provincial coverage list.
Services are priced per man-day, quoted upfront and all-inclusive — engineer, travel within our coverage area and the full report. Send your product, quantity and factory city for an exact figure within one working day.
